I spent three weeks camping in the captivating landscape of Cochise Stronghold, a climbing destination in Southwest Arizona. I spent my days climbing and exploring the mountains and my mornings and evenings drawing in my tent. This pattern-heavy body of work evolved each day and the slow, daily rhythm of life in the desert enabled this series to develop intuitively.
