Prints
A giclee (zhee-clay) print is a high-quality, digital reproduction. These prints are created from a high-resolution scan, printed with a wide-format inkjet printer that uses pigment (not dye), on archival paper. Together, these criteria create a print that is made to last and looks almost identical to the original 2-D work. Prints are shipped rolled up in a mailing tube - please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment and up to 4-5 weeks for enlarged prints which I don’t keep in my inventory and need to custom order.

Description: Mt Shuksan is one of the most stunning peaks in the North Cascades, and happens to be one of my favorite mountains anywhere. I’ve spent a lot of time on Mt Shuksan, mostly working as a mountain guide. Mt Shuksan is commonly captured in paintings and photographs with a wider frame, often from Artist Point. However, having spent a lot of time up on the mountain, I was compelled to zoom in and capture a more intimate and detailed perspective of the upper summit pyramid and the upper Curtis and White Salmon Glacier. One of the most stunning bivy sites in the state on the Fischer Chimney route of Mt. Shuksan is within this perspective on the flanks of the Upper Curtis Glacier - it’s quite an impressive perch!
